Create New Student Application
Log into RenWeb account and create a new student application.

Pay Application Fee
$60 ($30 for Preschool) non-refundable application fee.

Submit Required Documents
- Birth certificate
- Current immunization records
- Student Recommendation Forms (7th-12th grade)
- Transcript (9th-12th grade)
- Release of Student Records
- Current report card
- Standardized testing records

School Official Will Schedule Testing
CTCS also accepts the following standardized testing taken within one year of application date
- Stanford Achievement Test (SAT)
- TerraNova
- Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS)

Interview with Head of School/Administrator
Once all necessary information is received and reviewed through our Admission Office, you will be contacted to
schedule the family and student interview.

Notification of Acceptance
Notification of acceptance status will be mailed. If the student is not admitted, the Head of School or Admissions
Committee Administrator will notify the prospective family of the decision and the reasons for denial of admissions.

Appointment Made to Sign Contract
After notification of acceptance, a parent will make an appointment with the Business Office to sign the parent
contract and schedule payment plan.
