Forming students to love Jesus with their whole lives
Join the team at CTCS and help shape students’ hearts and minds.
This is the career that gives you more than you get.
Shaping the next generation is no small task — especially when you feel the responsibility to form students' hearts and minds. It’s leading math lessons and teaching to respond to conflict. It’s understanding classical literature and complex biblical stories. It’s academics grounded in faith that teach our students to walk well in the world.
This is what we call our living curriculum. Whether you’re a teacher, a librarian, an administrator, or a coach, you get to walk students through what it means to live out the love of Christ in everything they do.
It’s this meaningful, faith-aligned work inside our tight-knit community that attracts candidates to CTCS — and has kept many of them here for 10+ years! If that sounds like your ideal place to work, then we might be right for you.

When you work here, you’ll experience:

Life Beyond the Campus
Our ideal candidate:
- Believes that education shapes hearts and minds
- Wants to teach faith-integrated curriculum
- Is willing to mentor and invest in young people beyond the classroom
- Understands that smaller class sizes and intentional community require showing up as a whole person
- Is excited about being part of a staff that actually agrees on what matters most
- Is a committed Christian who regularly attends church outside of school
- Is aligned with our statement of faith.
I truly love being part of the CTCS family. If you’ve been praying about your next opportunity, I can’t recommend this place enough.
